Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

-Research industries and identify potential customers from all industry verticals

-Run a lead generation process on identified customers through email, LinkedIn and cold calls to create interest and generate leads to achieve budgeted individual targets for Products & services

-Convert cold calls into warm and hot leads

-Respond to queries from potential customers, communicate client's value proposition and negotiate deals successfully

-Understand client needs, design appropriate solutions basis client's core competencies and negotiate deals to closure

-Be actively involved in developing BD strategy and road-map for organizational growth and target achievements

-Responsible for data collection for the regularly benchmarking product against the source, data, and competitors

-Conceptualize and/or develop new product/service ideas in association with the product team to address market needs

Required Candidate profile

Skills & Experience Required for Success in This Role:

-Previous experience in lead generation through different sources

-Previous experience in selling B2B SaaS solution

-Should have excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

-Should have great analytical and aptitude skill to understand all our product features quickly and to understand client requirements better

-International Sales experience would be an added plus

-Proven experience of communicating to all levels within a company in a professional manner

-Proven experience in the full-cycle sales process, including demo-ing products and onboarding new users

-Attention to detail and proven ability to perform tasks independently with a high degree of accuracy

-Good grasp in different Word, Excel and Power Point

Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 PA.
