Job Description

  • - Deep engagement with client for any new implementation to understand problems faced by the business team and providing a robust solution using 1Channel SFA
  • - Help client to derive maximum value out of 1Channel implementation
  • - Ensuring a seamless post-implementation support to client for already implemented features as well as new requirements
  • - Looking for revenue generation opportunities from existing client base
  • - Contributing towards improvement of product and internal processes
  • - Coaching and mentoring his/her team

Required Candidate profile

  • - Hands-on implementation and support experience (preferably in B2B SaaS solution or in ERP)
  • - Strong business analysis skill
  • - Significant experience in client engagement
  • - Experience in Data Analytics
  • - Strong problem-solving skills
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • - Excellent People Management skills

Salary: INR 15,00,000 - 22,50,000 PA.
