Roles and Responsibilities

Business Management: Manage P and L for one or more projects to ensure excellence in retail marketing and higher ROI for clients.

Business Analysis: Understand retail client's business needs, and design analytics solutions to address the same. Prepare project plans, identify milestones, and ensure that timelines and deliverables are being met or bettered. Carry out scenario planning, risk assessment and business (revenue) projections to provide a comprehensive assessment to clients.

Business Growth : Ownership of all business growth initiatives for your vertical. Create market opportunities for business development through networking, innovative means and working on building proposals.

People Management – Nurture and build a team of the industry’s best professionals to deliver on continuously increasing scale and scope of the business.

Skills and Experience Required for Success in This Role

An Ideal person should be well versed into the project management profile which can be mix of operations, client management, and team handling with hands-on approach. One should have got himself deeply involved into the work that he has done and should be compassionate about it. There should be eye for details and perfections in the executions. He should have good listening and convincing skills through a structured presentation of thoughts.

Statistical Knowledge : Good statistical knowledge in applying statistical models to solve business problems. Ability to convert structured or unstructured business issues into data driven analytical models for decision making.

Operational Management : must have depth of experience in managing size and complexity of business in your area to be able to deliver a delightful level of service to a large number of clients while managing a team of 50 or more professionals and significant revenue.

Business Development : should have demonstrated experience in growing business by nurturing and closing leads through a consultative solution-selling process.

Client Management : Ability to interact with client leadership and understand, define and develop data -driven solutions to meet the needs of clients by presenting solutions and insights in a presentation slides and/or through dashboards

People Management : You should have significant experience in hiring high quality mid and senior level managers and managing and nurturing them to grow their careers and grow along with your team.

Salary: INR 7,00,000 - 11,00,000 PA.
